Hailing from the peaceful town of Yamuna Nagar, Neeta now calls Delhi home having worked in Genpact for 16 years across functions. Being a people centric, her passion lies in psychology and spritituality. She is fascinated by adventure sports and hopes to one day tick off her complete bucket list.

As an army kid, Tulsi studied in Kendriya Vidyalayas from different parts of India. He did his BCom from Berhampur university in Odisha and a program in applied finance from IIM Calcutta, Presently he is pursuing MSW from IGNOU. His grandfather has been his inspiration to do good for society. He loves to spend his leisure time with his son, listen to music and keep up with news.
Throughout her 4 years of college at Ashoka University, Chakshu worked towards conceptualizing and executing an education project in the neighboring community. It allowed her to gain a first hand experience of community engagement. Post this, Chakshu joined the Human Resource Department of Genpact, which allowed her to pick up new skills, and strengthened the existing ones. Given that she had strong interest in the development sector, she decided to pursue it full time via GSIF.

An avid traveler who loves nature and the outdoors and has also trained in Sivananda Yoga and in the classical dance form of Kathak.

Shabd has 14+ years of Genpact experience across finance and accounting function, including a 3 year onsite stint. During her journey, she has worked on various projects which included system migrations, system enhancements, transitions, re-engineering etc. She has always been involved with various CSR initiatives taken by corporate and is now full-time in the development ecosystem through GSIF.
During his Teach For India Fellowship, Ajay taught a group of 3rd-4th graders in a government school in Kashmere Gate, Old Delhi. Post that he went on to set-up his own non-profit focusing on holistic community development based out of Ranthambhore, Rajasthan.”

Rajat is an alumni of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai) with 7 years of work experience. He started as an Associate in a boutique consulting firm dealing in Intellectual Property Rights and became an independent consultant. Post that, he was selected as a Fellow under the ‘DBS-TISS Social Venture Initiative’. His previous stint was with the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation as a consultant to the Deputy Commissioner of Amritsar. He also holds a Bachelors in Technology from NIT Trichy.
Anil has 16 years of experience in Operations, Solutions, Transitions and Consulting in Gecis/Genpact. Before joining Genpact he has given free tuitions to underprivileged children for more than a year in one of the remote area of Delhi – Karawal Nagar. Prior to joining GSIF he was a consultant in one of the Global banks.
